Beyoncé Just Dropped a Brand New Song
Listen to “Runnin’ (Lose It All)” now, and get your fire emoji ready.
Beyoncé embodies so many good things in life: she’s beautiful, talented, empowering, and enjoys a good surprise. She’s also at a stage in her career where she can release an album overnight, or drop a new song afterhours, while everyone is distracted with their TV shows, Hungry Man dinners, etc. And then the world spends the following weeks freaking out with joy about it. Beyonce is basically a more attractive Santa Claus. (Or, if you don’t believe in Santa Claus, an attractive “your parents.”)
We haven’t had new music from Beyoncé since May — although it’s taken us that long to recover, physically and emotionally, from her “Feeling Myself” video (featuring Nicki Minaj). But now Queen Bey has gifted us with “Runnin’ (Lose It All)” which she collaborated on with UK producer Naughty Boy. It also features Arrow Benjamin. The video for the song, sadly, doesn’t feature Beyoncé, but I’m sure you can manage starving your eyes while feasting your ears on this:
