This Seattle-born brew is bold, bitter, and piney. Redhook is heavy-handed with the dry hops in this delightfully spicy IPA. Long Hammer has an ABV of 6.2%, a medium body, and a nice, clean finish. We like it best with Asian dishes to draw out the citrusy quality. So bring on the ramen. And the weekend!
