The Trailer for the New Heist Flick ‘Overdrive’ Is Packed With Vintage Car Porn, Huge Explosions and Hot French Babes

When you’re up against a ring of car-driving criminals in the South of France, it helps to be an Eastwood.
Just ask Scott, the 31-year-old son of Clint Eastwood, who makes his leading-man, action-star debut in Overdrive.
The trailer for the film, which comes from the director of Taken and the writers of 2 Fast 2 Furious, just hit the Internet, and he’s every bit as badass as the old man.
The official synopsis, courtesy of Paramount, sounds promising.
Legendary car thieves Andrew (Scott Eastwood) and Garrett (Freddie Thorp) are caught in the act of stealing from notorious crime boss Jacomo Morier. In order to win back their freedom they’re put to the ultimate test – the theft of a priceless car from Morier’s sworn enemy. While putting together a crew to pull off the daring heist they’re joined by two beautiful women (Ana de Armas & Gaia Weiss) who are more dangerous than they look. The team has one week to put the plan in motion, steal the car, and make their escape or lose everything, including their lives.
Watch him jump off moving trucks, run from explosions and hook up with Ana de Armas in style. There is also some serious vintage car porn, with more Ferraris than there are in Monte Carlo.
Overdrive rides into theaters on October 6.
