Yup, us too. Here’s a super simple, summer-themed cocktail to send off the best season and ease the pain. 

Harvest Spirits’ Seersucker Sling Labor Day Cocktail

2 oz. Harvest Spirits Core Apple Vodka

2 oz. Tonic water

Sprig of thyme

Garnish with alternating peeled apple slices and blueberries for striped, seersucker effect. Serve in chilled cocktail glass.
