Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz El BuhoMezcal
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Chile Agave syrup
1 1/2 inch cube watermelon.
Instructions:
Muddle watermelon with the mezcal in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice and Chile syrup to the shaker, shake then serve over ice in a standard rocks glass.
