Sophie Turner Would ‘Make Out’ with Maisie Williams on ‘Game of Thrones’ Set

Sophie Turner, a.k.a. Sansa Stark from HBO’s Game of Thrones, isn’t just on-screen sisters with Maisie Williams, who plays the ultimate badass Arya Stark — the duo are real life best friends that are so close that while the show was being filmed, the crew would sometimes think they were an actual couple – and the Stark sisters played into it.

“We fully knew about it, we played into it,” Turner told Conan. “So on the set we would kind of do the scene then try and kiss each other in the middle of the scene and see if anyone would react.

“And its Game of Thrones so incest is so normal that they were like, ‘alright, that’s fine’. It was probably the most tame thing that happened on the show, actually.

“Yeah… sometimes you just wanna make out with your best friend,” she joked.

Well, on a show where twins have sex and a nephew hooks up with his aunt (and then stabs her crazy ass to death), another pair of siblings wouldn’t have been the craziest thing in the world.
