Will Spider-Man Turn Up in Marvel’s ‘Doctor Strange?’
This tweet seems to suggest as much.
Solid superhero news isn’t always easy to come by, so a new, potentially revealing tweet from Marvel Studios co-President, Louis D’Esposito, has our spidey-senses tingling.
D’Esposito was apparently tweeting out a few behind-the-scenes shots from the set of Marvel’s Doctor Strange on Wednesday, and one of those photos included Tom Holland, the newly cast MCU version of Spider-Man, perusing the tomb of The Ancient One.

Sure, just because Holland is visiting Marvel sets and trying to make friends with his comic-book counterparts doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll be swinging his way into a theater near you anytime soon (or in this case, on November 4th, 2016 when Doctor Strange premieres). It is the teeniest bit suspicious, though, since the two are known for joining forces in the comics.
Marvel hasn’t confirmed any rumors that Tom Holland’s take on Peter Parker will be making a cameo in Doctor Strange, but with other heroes showing up to lend a hand in other films, this crossover would be a no-brainer.
Doctor Strange, the story of a brilliant doctor turned master of the mystical arts, stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, and Tilda Swinton.
