Fifty years later, and damned if Dylan isn’t still the coolest cat on the block. His 35th studio album, Tempest – a dark, ragged but totally rocking meditation on life and death – hit’s shelves today. How dark is it? Check out the utterly batshit video for the deceptively upbeat first single, Duquesne Whistle, which is essentially what would happen if a Mentos commercial took a seriously twisted turn.
