Twitter Responds to Bill Clinton / Elizabeth Hurley Affair Rumors
Nice work, Tom Sizemore.
This week, a tape recording surfaced in which actor and noted drug user Tom Sizemore asserts that former President Bill Clinton carried on an affair with Sizemore’s ex, actress Elizabeth Hurley, while Clinton was still in office.
In the recording, Sizemore recounts how he gave the president Hurley’s phone number only after Clinton insisted, saying, “Give it to me. You dumb mother*****r, I’m the Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America. The buck stops here. Give me the damn number.” According to RadarOnline.com, Clinton later proceeded to call Hurley and invite her to the White House: “Listen Elizabeth, this is the President! I don’t have any time for this ****. I‘m keeping the world from nuclear war all the time. I’m sending a plane to pick you up…”
Hurley rapidly and vehemently denied the accusations yesterday, and, almost immediately, Sizemore came forward via the Huffington Post to publicly admit that while the tape itself is authentic, the actual story he told is a bunch of bullshit inspired by whatever narcotics he was on at the time.
So, to re-cap: Tom Sizemore got high and ran his mouth about Clinton and Hurley doing the nasty in the Lincoln bedroom back in the ’90s. This week, Sizemore admitted that he was lying when he said that. Everyone got it? Terrific. So now that we know the whole thing isn’t true, let’s take a look at some of the best reactions to the story on Twitter.
The Bill Clinton dialogue related by Tom Sizemore sounds like something a 10-year-old made up inside his "fort": http://t.co/NJtwlt38JY
