20th Century Fox has released just over four minutes from Alien: Covenant and we already feel set up for the inevitable extraterrestrial horror show to come.
In the clip, ominously titled "Last Supper," we meet characters we glimpsed in the Covenant trailer as well as an already physically ill character played by James Franco. The studio's description says we're watching "the crew of the mission as they gather for a final meal before entering cryosleep."
They're on board "the Covenant, a colonization ship on its way to a remote planet to form a new human settlement," and "the main crew (all couples) and their android, Walter," are having a final meal together.
It looks like a happy party with some notes of tension, because that's pretty much the perfect vibe for any Alien film prior to the hideous xenomorphs showing up to really rain on the human parade.

In addition to Franco, Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, and Danny McBride. It creeps into movie theaters nationwide on May 19.
