This Week In Weird Sports: Underwater Hockey

One positive + one negative = stupid.

One of the most exciting things about hockey is how speed, finesse and power combine to form one of most exciting sports in the world. Luckily, someone came up with an idea to put that game underwater, thereby taking everything that’s interesting in real hockey and making a slow, methodical and excruciatingly boring version with sort of the same name. Honestly, saying you play “underwater hockey” is up there with, “I ride a unicycle” and “Want to see me juggle?”

I would explain the rules of this and where it’s played but I’m pretty sure you’d fall asleep or kill yourself (or both) before I even started.
