Watch This Guy Solve the World’s Largest Functional Rubik’s Cube

Because you don’t have anything better to do, right?

Tony Fisher, a friendly bloke from across the Pond, has built a gigantic, fully-functional Rubik’s cube. And you can watch him solve it.

While other comparable giant Rubik’s cubes remain permanently fixed or operable only by remote, this five-foot-tall, 200-pound super-sized puzzle is the largest cube that truly functions like and resembles the smaller-scale version, according to Fisher.

Sure, it’s unwieldy and exists solely as an attempt to break an arbitrary world record, but you have to give credit when credit is due: Fisher will probably achieve his goal of getting into the Guinness Book of World Records, although it has yet to be officially accepted.

For updates on its world record status, you can visit the video’s YouTube link and check for Fisher’s most recent updates in the video description. Or, you could get on with the rest of your day.
