Rock Out With Marshall’s Amp-Inspired Mini Fridges
Totally chill.
The hard-rocking Marshall mini-fridge has spawned a pair of all-new designs inspired by the British audio authority’s iconic guitar amps.
The 2019 Black Edition Marshall 3.2 Medium Capacity Bar Fridge appears to be inspired by Marshall’s Studio amp model with a brass face plate, control knobs and Marshall’s iconic white piped logo, as Cool Material notes. Inside the facade door are seven Arctic blue LED lights and 3.2 cubic-feet of room for five 12-ounce cans, 35 tall boys, 25 12-ounce bottles and three 2-liter bottles.
According to Marshall, the custom doors have been improved over past models and the temperature can now set at anywhere from 34 to 48 degrees Fahrenheit.
The newer version is the 2019 Black Edition 4.4 Marshall High Capacity Bar Fridge, which seems to take its glossy brass faceplate from the DSL amp. It shares many features with the smaller fridge, except this one has a freezer compartment, reversible door that can open left or right, and a 4.4-cubic-foot capacity to chill 36 12-ounce cans, 20 tall boys, 30 12-ounce bottles and three 2-liter bottles.
Both make great gifts for either the gear-obsessed guitarist or anyone who wants an extra loud addition to their office space, man cave or she shed. The medium-sized mini fridge retails for $349.99 and the large costs $479.99.
