Eight years ago, when he was still dominating the business world, GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump owned a couple of fine homes on North Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

The Robb Report writes that while Trump only held onto one home for a year, he still owns the other—and if you’ve got a nice little chunk of change to throw down on the mansion next door, you can be his neighbor.

The white two-story manse has an old-south plantation home feel, with white columns in the front and a lovely wraparound porch. The Robb Report notes that it has “high ceilings and white marble” and that the 11 bedroom, 9 1/2 bath is 15,000 square feet.

Other amenities include an open floor plan, a sauna, elevator, pool, pavilion, and of course, tennis court.

Regardless of your political bent, if Donald Trump becomes the next president you’ll have one of the safest addresses in the nation. If he doesn’t, you get one of the most interesting neighbors imaginable along with his beautiful wife. It’s a solid win-win, for a mere $30 million.
