Dutch designer Koen Olthuis of the aptly-named Amillarah Private Islands company is prepared to deliver your ocean-bound fantasies.

The design firm teamed up with Christie’s International Real Estate and Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ocean Futures Society to create some next-level digs that are stupidly luxurious but also environmentally responsible. Below each floating island will be a natural habitat—basically an artificial reef—to promote wildlife and reduce environmental impact. 

The planning is entirely up to you—working alongside the design team, you can customize the blueprints for your fully oceanic dream property. And the price? Available upon request. If you have to ask, you probably can’t afford it.
