Meet Lynsi Torres: The country’s youngest female billionaire (at 30-years-old) and owner of the world’s best fast food franchise, In-N-Out Burger. Plus she’s easy on the eyes. She just keeps getting better and better.

The beloved West Coast chain began as a single drive-thru burger stand in 1948, run by Lynsi’s grandparents Harry and Esther Snyder. After a slew of family deaths, the company was handed down to Lynsi when she was just 17-years-old, which essentially means that while this heiress was building a food empire, our moms were still driving us to the movies.

Not much is known about the billionaire, who is notorious for keeping a low profile, but here a few fun facts you should know if you’re going to try to seduce her, which, obviously, you should:

1. She’s been married 3 times and has herself a set of twins—as in babies; get your head out of the gutter!

2. She’s an avid drag racer.

3. She’s naturally brunette.

4. She doesn’t have a college degree or any management training.

5. By 35 she will have full ownership of the franchise, at which time she will be able to go into a very, very early retirement.

6. She has access to an unlimited supply of burgers and fries, so none of the above really matters.

Your move, Lynsi.
