First Aid Ladies zeigen, wie sexy Erste Hilfe sein kann

In Deutschland leisten vergleichsweise wenige Menschen Erste Hilfe. Dem wollen wir abhelfen und haben einen ganz neuen Weg gewählt, um lebensrettende Botschaften möglichst weit zu verbreiten. Die “First Aid Ladies” zeigen euch, wie ihr im Fall der Fälle helfen könnt. Schaut rein!

“First Aid Ladies Make First Aid Sexy” features a series of clips with women demonstrating first aid skills, all while parodying famous music videos so the new lyrics apply to first aid.

Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” was reenacted with women holding defibrillating kits and the chorus to Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” was became “Bend the head, bend the head.”

The five-minute video, produced by the Samaritan Workers Federation (ASB), has triggered massive criticism from around the world.

“This is extremely sexist awful shit,” commented one user on Facebook. “You’d better take the consequences and delete this nasty video.” Another user called video “guy teasing, completely brain amputated.”

ASB defended the video, stating on Facebook that their aim was to draw attention to first aid practices.

“We understand that video may seem provocative,” read the statement on ASB Facebook page. “But we created an offensive video to draw attention to the problem.”
