Why ‘Property Sex’ Is Porn’s Fastest-Rising New Genre
“It’s this generation’s answer to the pizza delivery boy fantasy.”
If real estate, open houses, and young women who can’t afford rent are things that butter your biscuit, you’re in luck. Allow us to introduce you to “Property Sex” porn.
Property Sex, reports Vice, is a porn series that “puts you behind the camera as you make dirty sex videos with the naughtiest of desperate tenants and with the most alluring real estate agents. Become a client and take a tour with some of the finest real estate agents who are willing to do just about anything for a sale. Or become the dirty landlord dealing with hot, young tenants who don’t want to face eviction.”
Ever had a fantasy like that before? One where you’re alone with a sexy, young client, and suddenly she can’t help herself around you? It wouldn’t be uncommon, because apparently, that fantasy is very popular.
In fact, it’s so popular that Property Sex managed to rake up over 54,000 subscribers and 369 million views in one year, making it the 7th most popular channel on Pornhub. And Pornhub has a lot of channels, so that’s saying something.
To understand why Property Sex is so appealing, Vice spoke with Dr. Rebecca Sullivan from Canada’s University of Calgary, who’s examined and written about porn in the past.
“It’s worth investigating trends [like property porn] because porn is a part of our everyday culture, and often a part of people’s everyday lives… [This niche genre] seems to be this generation’s answer to the pizza delivery boy fantasy. Two strangers meet in a private home and the woman suddenly drops to her knees, overcome by horniness,” Sullivan said.
So basically, everyone loves it because it’s so relatable. It’s something that could happen in everyday life, and if it were to happen, it’d be hot as hell.
However, in the case of Property Sex with people trading sexual favors for cheaper rent, it touches on the harsh reality of rising living expenses and landlords exploiting struggling tenants, which is a serious issue.
But let’s not focus on that part. Just focus on enjoying the foxy real estate agents and hot, broke millennials getting it on.
