Shia LaBeouf had a bad night in Savannah last weekend. The 31-year-old former child star was arrested for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction after he asked someone for a cigarette and started acting dumb when she turned him down.

In their report, police said that LaBeouf was “combative” and “disorderly,” and now we have the proof. On Tuesday, bodycam footage of LaBeouf’s arrest surfaced.

“What did I do, sir?” LaBeouf asks as police cuff him in a hotel lobby. “I have rights, I’m an American. You’ve got me in my hotel, arresting me in my hotel for doing what, sir?”

Once he’s placed in the back seat of the cop car, LaBeouf starts ranting. “Take these cuffs off. I’m a fucking American, I pay my taxes. Get these shits off my fucking arms … You’re going to put these shits off my arms or you’ll be fucking fucked.”

It only got weirder from there, as LaBeouf started spewing nonsense about racism, Donald Trump and his high-priced attorneys.

“Who are you fighting for?” he says. “You got a president who don’t give a shit about you and you stuck in a police force that don’t give a fuck about you, so you want to arrest white people who give a fuck, who ask for cigarettes? I came up to you trying to be nice, you stupid bitch. I came up to you asking for a cigarette, you dumb fuck. Why would I ask for a cigarette if I was racist? You stupid bitch. I was asking for a cigarette, you said, ‘No.’ I said, ‘Word,’ and then you arrested me, you dumb fuck. They got cameras everywhere, you dummy. I got more millionaire lawyers than you know what to do with, you stupid bitch.”

Once at the police station, LaBeouf’s behavior got even worse, according to a local news outlet

While in a pre-booking area at the jail, the police report said LaBeouf “became very disorderly and loud” and had to be restrained against a wall, according to the report.

LaBeouf reportedly “continued to attempt to struggle against the wall” and “began reaching on (an officer’s) gun belt and began pulling on (his) radio, while (LaBeouf) was stating that he was grabbing for (the officer’s) gun.”

Police eventually gained control of him, took his mugshot, and released him later Saturday on $3,500 bond.
