Adriana Lima, Victoria’s Secret’s longest-serving model, will extend her record-setting tenure with the recently rebranded lingerie giant.

The Brazilian supermodel, who was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 1999 to 2018, is now the face of the comebacking brand’s Heavenly Eau de Parfum, the New York Post reports.

The news came via a joint Instagram post featuring a clip of Lima spraying the fragrance as her overdub exclaims, “I am back to my family. I miss you guys.” The accompanying caption reads, “Reunited and it feels so good.”

“I’m so excited to be working with Victoria’s Secret again, the brand has always been like family to me,” Lima added in a statement.

“Being the face of this iconic campaign and fragrance is so special because it beautifully complements a woman’s radiance, which is symbolic of Victoria’s Secret’s inspiring mission of celebrating every woman. It was amazing being on set again with everyone, and we had the best time bringing this message to life through this timeless fragrance.”

Fans lit up the comments with praise, with one person declaring Lima “the QUEEN of biggest wings” in a nod to her Angel reign. Another said “the icon is back,” referencing a VS teaser from the day prior.

Along with Lima, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will return for the first time in five years after being put on hiatus due to poor ratings and criticism over lack of diversity.

The brand is attempting to rally back to cultural relevance by using a wider variety of models, including signing Emira D’Spain, Victoria’s Secret’s first black transgender model.

It remains to be seen if Lima will walk the runway at the 2023 VS Fashion Show, but we certainly wouldn’t be surprised if V.S. honchos decided to build further buzz by showcasing Lima’s triumphant return.
