Senator Ted Cruz Creeped on Alyssa Milano And She Totally Demolished Him

Ouch, that’s gotta hurt.

Somehow, Texas Senator Ted Cruz is only two years older than actress Alyssa Milano—a first-ballot Maxim Hall of Famer. So it’s pretty likely that when little Rafael Edward was growing up in South Texas he had a crush on her Who’s the Boss? character Samantha.

On Thursday, the 46-year-old Cruz confirmed that crush on Twitter and then got embarrassed like the dweeb he is.

To understand this saga, we first have to go back to Tuesday night when Milano, apparently reeling from the loss of Jon Ossoff in his attempt to win a special Congressional election in Georgia, sent this tweet.

Two days later, presumably while scrolling through the timelines of his childhood crushes, Cruz saw Milano’s tweet and decided to shoot his shot. 

Look, credit to the guy for using his platform to get noticed by a woman he’s clearly loved longer than he’s loved his wife. But Cruz, one of the most hated people in all of Washington, should have known better than to creep on a Hollywood liberal like Milano. This is what happened next.
