This $295 Million Estate For Sale In Florida May Be America’s Most Expensive Home

The Port Royal listing (technically 100 Bay Road) in sunny Naples is being touted as a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a private oasis,” boasting two guest homes and one lavish primary home, with a stunning array of accommodations and amenities.

Suffice to say, the luxury real estate market has never looked quite so good, so sunny or so spacious.

The property is being sold by the family of late Federated Investors cofounder John Donahu and his late wife.
