Tomi Lahren Got Suspended From ‘The Blaze’ After Admitting That She’s Pro-Choice

“I speak my truth. If you don’t like it, tough.”

Controversial conservative flame-thrower Tomi Lahren recently appeared on the decidedly liberal ABC chatfest The View, where she was expected to clash with co-host Joy Behar. Instead, Tomi garnered some rare progressive sympathy while shocking her staunchly right-wing base by announcing that she’s totally pro-choice.

“I can’t sit here and say I’m for limited government, but say I think that the government should decide what women do with their bodies,” Lahren declared. “Stay out of my guns and stay out of my body as well.”

While it may not be all that unusual for a conservative to also identify as pro-choice,  Lahren did say that she would be a “hypocrite” if she stood for both limited government and restrictions on abortion.

In a first for Lahren, 24, she now faces widespread conservative backlash on Twitter. After igniting the ire of Blaze boss Glenn Beck on that most opinionated of social networks, her show on Beck’s right-leaning outlet has reportedly been suspended for the week.

“Lahren’s inflammatory style placed her at odds with other employees at The Blaze,” The Daily Caller added. “Tensions were high between Lahren and her coworkers at The Blaze even before she called pro-life conservatives hypocrites in an appearance on ABC’s The View on Friday.”

Still, Tomi is sending out positive vibes on her usually-incendiary Twitter account, suggesting she’s taking it all in stride.

We are sure Lahren will be back with plenty of scorching hot takes and, hopefully, more fiery Instagram photos to boot.

In the meantime, we can only imagine that Fox News has gotta be thinking about offering this bombastic blonde a regular gig, don’t ya think?
