WATCH: North Korea Releases Video of Nuclear Attack on Washington
The alarming video warns this is our “last chance.”
North Korea is growing increasingly belligerent. As the United States and South Korea have taken a hard line against Pyongyang, the Hermit Kingdom has dropped regular threats of impending warfare. Now, they’ve released a video warning of nuclear Armageddon.
The propaganda video entitled “Last Chance” shows what a nuclear missile assault would look like on Washington. The four-minute video gives a rundown of the tumultuous history between North Korea and the US and then ends in a spectacle of DPRK submarines launching nuclear missiles in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
After the U.S. capitol succumbs to fire and brimstone, a strident warning message flashes across the screen. According to Agence France-Presse, it threatens, “If US imperialists budge an inch toward us, we will immediately hit them with nuclear weapons.”
The video was first posted to North Korea’s official propaganda website DPRK Today but has since been raising hairs on YouTube.

We would normally shrug this off as typical smoke blowing, but many are taking these threats seriously. This February, Pyongyang launched a satellite rocket that many saw as a not-so secret guise for a ballistic missile test. They’ve recently been threatening to arm ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads.
We now know what that could look like.
