Haunting Drone Videos Capture the Aftermath of This Weekend’s Monster Blizzard

Whoa.

Winter Storm Jonas buried the East Coast of the U.S. this weekend, dropping more than two feet of snow from New York city down through Washington, D.C. and killing at least 19 in storm-related mishaps. But while Americans ventured outside to a winter wonderland on Sunday and Monday, it’s difficult to get a sense of the storm’s scope and devastation.

As we discovered over the weekend, the best way to enjoy the majesty of Jonas is, well, from above. And luckily for us, everyone and their mother got a drone for Christmas, which means we’re being treated to some spectacular drone footage of the blizzard’s snowy aftermath.
