Any Maxim magazine model photo shoot to be published on Maxim.com also requires the execution of a photo agreement prior to the photo shoot occurring.
Any photo shoot without an executed photo agreement prior to the photo shoot is only subject to be published in Maxim magazine and on Maxim.com at the company’s sole discretion. Maxim always reserves the right to not publish any photo shoot it deems inconsistent with the company’s image and brand, even if a photo agreement has been executed.
