Ford Mustang owners who want to add a Chevrolet Camaro to their garage can now do so at a bargain price.

General Motors is offering $3,000 off of Camaros to anyone with a ‘Stang as part of an effort devised to boost slumping sales. GM Authority first spotted the discount, which is up $500 from since it was first announced in August.

The limited-time offering, which ends at the end of October, applies to any 2019 model in the Camaro lineup. Anyone who has bought or leased a Mustang in the past 30 days can purchase anything from the base 275-horsepower, inline-four-powered LS for $22,995 to the flagship 650-hp, V8-powered ZL1 pictured above for $59,995.

“Consumers in select markets will also see an additional $1,000 in consumer cash this month,” Chevy spokesman Christopher Bonelli told Autoblog. “We are seeing good sales of [the] Camaro so far this fall and expect that to continue.”

The news follows disappointing third quarter sales for the Camaro, which saw a 15 percent fall from last year to 12,275 units—4,545 fewer than the 16,823 Mustangs that were bought during the same period.

Meanwhile, Dodge moved 18,031 Challenger coupes in the third quarter, up 21 percent from last year, and 26,060 four-door Chargers, up a massive 46 percent from last year.

Hey, at least the new, mid-engined Chevy Corvette C8 is selling well
