This Custom Nissan Titan XD Will Take You Camping Literally Anywhere

It’s the ideal vehicle for any upcoming apocalypse.

When the apocalypse finally arrives and you need a go-anywhere, do-anything camper as your new home base, the Hellwig Products-modified Nissan Titan XD diesel overland camping rig is ready to go.

The “Rule Breaker” Titan carries a customized Lance Camper in its bed, which will be your new home. But it won’t be safe to just park in the Walmart parking lot anymore, so to get you to remote locations, the truck’s suspension is lifted three inches with an Icon Vehicle Dynamics lift kit.

The truck also uses Hellwig’s air springs, two-leaf helper springs, and sway bars to help manage the extra weight and off-road demands. 

Those are Falken Wildpeak off-road tires mounted to 18-inch Method Roost wheels and wrapped in Bushwhacker fender flares to protect the bumblebee paint job from gravel spray.

Even without all the Hellwig goodies aboard, the Nissan Titan XD has a powerful 310-horsepower Cummins 5.0-liter turbodiesel V8, heavy-duty 6-speed Aisin automatic transmission, and a maximum towing capacity rating of more than 12,300 pounds.

All that capability is augmented on the Rule Breaker with features such as a Fab Fours bumper, Baja Designs lights, and side step bars by N-Fab. The Warn winch will pull you out of trouble the four-wheel drive can’t handle, and a custom hitch mount on the front bumper lets you the mount the winch to either end of the truck.

Which will come in handy when you’re fleeing ever deeper into the bush to escape the apocalypse.
