The Already-Brutal Rezvani Tank Now Packs a 707-HP Hellcat Engine

The new ‘Military Edition’ is a bulletproof beast.

The “toughest extreme utility vehicle on earth” just got tougher.

While the original Rezvani Tank boasted a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 delivering 500 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque to its Jeep Wrangler-based chassis, the new Military Edition switches that out for, yup, a 707-horsepower engine lifted from the mighty Challenger Hellcat.

Here are all the details from Slashgear:

Buyers get B7 level bullet proof armor, thermal night vision systems, and lots of other defensive features. The glass is bullet proof and the protection systems protect the radiator, underbody, and fuel tank. Military run-flat tires are fitted and the vehicle has ram bumpers.

Magnetic deadbolts keep the doors closed and the ride is fitted with strobe lights, blinding lights, and gas masks inside. An integrated first aid kit and hypothermia kits is included as well. While that 6.2L supercharged V8 Hellcat engine will add $65,000 to the price, the standard engine is a 6.4L 500hp V8.

So, about that price. The O.G. tank went for $178,000—this new one will set you and the small nation you are defending back a cool $295,000. Ouch.

Oh, and don’t worry; that grenade it comes with is a non-operational piece of art…we hope.
