This Sexy Superyacht Just Won an Award for Looking So Damn Good
You go, boat!
This past weekend, while you were doing—well, whatever you do—700 of the yacht industry’s elite gathered at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes for this year’s World Yachts Trophies ceremony, which involved dinner, dancing, fireworks and (not surprisingly) viewing a posh parade of the finest vessels to grace the water.
Just one eye-catching example of the honorees, Riva Yachts’ 76-foot Bahamas took the award for “Best Exterior Design” in the 50- to 80-foot category. We couldn’t agree more.
This sleek, sexy superyacht exudes an almost shark-like appearance from certain angles. But it’s not just a pretty face. It’s speedy, smart and highly functional.
Able to house 16 people in its three bedrooms and crew quarters, she’ll do up to 32 knots at a clip. And, by the way, she’s a convertible. With the push of a button, the sun visor sways from over the bridge to tucked into the bow.
For an up-close look at its exterior, interior, and convertible sun visor in action, check out this shaky-yet-comprehensive video with countless dissolves:
