At least that's the caption she gave a smoldering pic of herself in a bikini posted to her Instagram account on Tuesday. The meaning seems clear. Gronk's un-retirement and following QB Tom Brady to the Bucs is fine with her.
The talented tight end appeared to retire from pro football in late 2019, but now he'll be headed to Tampa Bay, where Brady recently signed a contract for the 2020-21 season, whenever that begins, pending any possible coronavirus pandemic-related restrictions.
Speaking to Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer, Gronkowski said of coming out of retirement that "it feels right."
"I will be ready to take the field again,” Gronk said, "...I have that feeling. I’m ready.”
Gronkowski and Kostek have been together since 2015 and have recently been helping others hit by the pandemic, donating surgical masks to medical facilities. According to the New York Post, they'll take part in the Arthritis Foundation’s “Survive & Thrive: COVID-19 Celebrity Challenge" on Wednesday.
New England can be chilly and damp well into June. No one would blame Gronk if part of his incentive for making the move to Florida was just to give Kostek a chance to wear swimsuits more often.
