We feel sorry for Lindsey Vonn. She’s a beautiful Olympic athlete stuck skiing in the Winter Games in Pyeongchang, and didn’t realize till yesterday—Valentine’s Day—that she was single and wanted a date.
So naturally she did what extremely attractive world-class athletes always do and triggered every Twitter rando ever with the below tweet (which we’ll preserve here in case she ever deletes it): “So apparently it’s Valentine’s Day….I forgot all about it because I’m at the #Olympics and I’m single. Anyone else out there single and want to be my valentine?”

Was she serious? Hard to tell. But plenty of thirsty dudes took her seriously and responded to the tweet in pretty predictable ways—from kind of funny to kind of creepy.

We couldn’t determine if Vonn replied to anyone or took them up on any offers, but as of Feb. 15 plenty of guys were still shooting their shots.
Not that you could blame anyone replying to her, because Lindsey Vonn has attributes not necessarily found in every Olympic athlete.
As for how she’s doing at the Olympics, we don’t know yet. CBS Sports says her schedule begins Friday, Feb. 16.
We’ll have to wait and see if some lucky dude got the nod before she hit the slopes.
