49ers Receiver Marquise Goodwin Scores Emotional Touchdown Just Hours After the Death of His Baby
His reaction is heartbreaking.
In an Instagram post, Goodwin announced that he and his wife Morgan had lost their prematurely-born baby boy just hours before he took the field.
“I just wanna thank those who’ve genuinely prayed for @morganakamomo & myself through out this pregnancy,” he wrote. “
“Unfortunately we lost our baby boy due to some complications, and had to prematurely deliver him early this morning around 4am.”
The 26-year-old 49er received an outpouring of support from celebrities, analysts and fans on social media.
