The ‘Bad Lip Reading’ Roast of the 2018 MLB Season Is Pretty Hilarious

“Here comes your wife with a proper athlete.”

Regardless of how you feel about the Red Sox’ 4-1 beatdown of the Dodgers in the 2018 World Series, the predictably bizarre Bad Lip Reading roast of this year’s MLB season is sure to make every baseball fan laugh at least once. 

The popular YouTube channel outdid their previous parodies of the NFL and Mark Zuckerberg’s congressional hearings by putting some truly hilarious words in these athletes’ mouths. 

There are some admittedly low-brow jokes in the clip, including multiple references to farts and even a pair of squeaky testicles. But the best overdub is definitely this exchange between two Houston Rockets coaches.  

“Here comes your wife with a proper athlete.” 

“Don’t need to look because we’re divorced.” 

“No, you ought to look at her, she’s just right there!” 

“You know I’m not gonna look.”
