Paige Got a NSFW Tattoo, And It Could Land Her In Trouble With WWE Bosses

Has this racy tattoo gone too far?

The WWE’s Paige added to her impressive tattoo collection over the weekend with a new piece stretching across both of her hands. Though it’s only words, the tattoo qualifies as NSFW, especially when your work is the family-friendly WWE.

Immediately after tattoo artist Earl Funk put this picture online, the speculation began: Would Paige get fired because of her new tattoo? Or would she only ever appear in public with gloves? Or would the WWE forced her to chop her hands off in the middle of the ring?

The question was answered on Sunday night at Elimination Chamber, where Paige appeared with her new tattoo obscured by gobs of make-up.

Despite the WWE’s well-known aversion to swearing, it’s hard to imagine the brass coming down too hard on Paige for this. In fact, she may have gotten approval before getting inked in the first place. 

Whatever the WWE says, it’s the least of Paige’s worries right now. She’s coming off a career-threatening injury in early January that some questioning whether she would ever wrestle again. In fact, it was reported that her career in the ring is totally over. It’s still unclear if that’s the case though, especially after Paige declared 2018 her year.
