Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley’s rematch was a bit of a snoozefest before Paul scored a highlight-reel worthy, sixth round knockout of the former UFC welterweight champion on Saturday night.

YouTube phenom-turned-boxer Paul (5-0, 4 KO) had promised a KO, but it didn’t look good in the first five rounds, as he and Woodley traded too many clinches and Paul was bloodied by an accidental elbow from Woodley (0-2 in boxing).

But while Paul may not have elite boxing skills, he showed once again that he’s got solid power in his right hand. Paul, 24, found an opening in the sixth and unleashed a devastating overhand right that knocked Woodley, 39, out cold, leaving him face down in the center of the ring.

Watch Paul’s brutal KO (from two different angles) in the videos above. Judges had Paul up 49-46, 49-46, and 48-46 at the time of the knockout. Paul previously beat Woodley by split decision in August.

Once Woodley got back on his feet, the two fighters embraced and Paul gave Woodley credit for taking the rematch on short notice after Tommy Fury pulled out.

“This guy is a legend, don’t take anything away from his career as a UFC champion, and respect him for taking this fight on two weeks’ notice,” Paul said.

“Because Tommy Fury’s a bitch! This is a real fighter, a real dog, and a warrior right here. A legend!”

Paul then called out two other UFC veterans who have expressed interest in boxing him–Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal–both of whom were in attendance but apparently left the arena before the main event was over.

As to who Paul should fight next, Bad Left Hook has some thoughts here, with options spanning from Tommy Fury to Conor McGregor.
