While this means that men can let their beards grow long (and the shaving industry can panic in fear), there’s one woman who’s definitely into it: Miami-based model Chantel Jeffries.

In a recent round-up of grooming habits given to men by women (the gist: keep beard, trim everything else, including pubes, nose hair and nails) Jeffries was quoted as saying “The bigger the beard, the bigger the crush.” Couple that in with the recently discovered SPF benefits of sporting a bit of facial scruff and we’re definitely in business.

Jeffries likens facial hair to what makeup and contour are to women. While we’re not exactly sure about that, we’re on board as long as it gets us close to being with a beauty like this.
