This Graphic Artist Makes Amazing Mashups of Sneakers and Superheroes

Graphic artist Jeff Cole is combining the mania for Marvel movies with the hype for new sneakers to create truly unique superhero/sneaker mashups that he posts on Instagram.
“Being big into the sneaker culture, I saw a huge opening in providing unique content and value to a community that was dying for something different,” Cole told Maxim via email.

He’s garnered more than 350,000 Instagram followers with sneakerized depictions of Venom, Deadpool, Spider-Man, Yoda and even Kanye West.
But it is his Marvel creations that have earned him the most buzz. Cole even worked directly with Marvel for his Adidas-style take on Black Panther.
“My favorite by far was the Black Panther x Adidas Futurecraft 4D,” he said.

“Working with Marvel for that historic movie launch and being featured as an official partner in the release was really special.”

“I am focusing a lot on Marvel right now,” Cole added. “They got a lot of buzz and the range in which I can create into is vast.”
