Watch Rick Ross Reveal Baller Sneaker Collection At His 100-Room Mansion

“I’m gonna let you in on a little secret: I’m actually the first to get a lot of sneakers.”

Rick Ross once rapped that donning suede Balenciaga sneakers are “how the bosses do it.” On a new episode of the Complex Closets web show, the hip-hop heavyweight proved he has the insane sneaker collection to back up his verses.

Ross reveals that he has a team of people to help keep the multiple caches of kicks scattered throughout his massive, 100-plus room Atlanta mansion organized before casually mentioning that he’s the ultimate VIP when it comes to copping new releases.

“I’m gonna let you in on a little secret: I’m actually the first to get a lot of sneakers,” Ross tells host Joe La Puma, adding that he sees other stars who think they are the first to get a hot new sneaker, but are actually “four or five days late.”

A few close-ups of specific pairs included a look at the ultra-rare, Back to the Future-inspired Nike Mags and a 2019 Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low. “He’s doing his thing, he’s on fire. I love what he’s doing,” Ross said about Scott’s sneaker releases. “That’s why they’re on my shelf. I’m sure everything he does, I’m gonna be a fan of because I love the energy around the releases.”

La Puma then asks Ross how his latest collab with Miami Heat star Dwayne Wade compares to his other work with brands like Ewing Athletics and Reebok. “I’m a huge fan of D. Wade. This is the future, and this is what I’m personally proud of,” Ross said while holding eye-catching custom models like the duo’s black Li-Ning Essence 2 ACE. “This is the Rick Ross x D. Wade collaboration. Can’t get no bigger.”
