Angelenos craving respite from the big city might be green with envy upon seeing the urban “barn house” owned by Apollo 13 producer Brian Grazer.
Located in the desirable Santa Monica neighborhood, the home is a stone’s throw from Los Angeles conveniences while still offering good, old-fashioned peace and quiet.
Although the home is inspired by country living, it’s remarkably modern. Designed by Waldo Fernandez, the cedar exteriors have been gray-washed, and its white interiors are typical of sleek LA architecture.
There are also some A-list amenities to gawk at: a swimming pool, a basketball court, and an in-house yoga studio (This is LA, after all).
