Old-school aquatic watch brand Aquadive, renowned for producing dependable dive watches for SCUBA divers, is joining forces with dive gear manufacturer Poseidon for a special edition watch collab called the Aquadive Poseidon GMT.
Gear Patrol has more details on this co-branded timepiece that's designed for deep-sea action:
The Poseidon GMT, which is inspired by the original Aquadive Timedepth from the 1970s, is built upon the modern Bathysphere 100 GMT platform, which is rated to 1,500 feet of water resistance and provides dual-time zone functionality via an ETA 2893-2 automatic movement. It’s housed in a 42mm stainless steel case with a dial that features Poseidon’s signature yellow branding in the form of a 24-hour ring, GMT hand and logo at 9 o’clock.
The Aquadive Poseidon GMT comes with a ladder-style rubber strap and is limited to just 300 pieces. It's priced at $1,890, but can be pre-ordered at a 25 percent discount for a final price of $1,395.
Pre-orders will also receive a Poseidon mission patch and two ISOfrane straps in black and yellow.
