The Rock’s New Under Armour Sneaker Is Designed to Support the Troops
Dwayne Johnson got patriotic with these red, white and blue kicks.
The Rock is saluting the armed forces with his latest Under Armour sneaker drop, the UA Project Rock 1 Men’s Training Shoes.
Dwayne Johnson outfitted these red, white and blue kicks in breathable knit fabric and even gave them loads of functional details.
There is synthetic overlay for added lateral support, knit bootie construction for ankle stability, an external heel counter for increased stability when hitting the squat rack and forefoot webbing for a snugger fit at the toes.
It’s all about giving you the best performance shoe possible so that you can unleash the bull within (hence, The Rock’s signature bull emblem on the back).
It is no coincidence these dropped on Memorial Day. The Rock debuted these just as he announced he was donating a new gym to a military base.
A limited quantity of the UA Project Rock 1 Men’s Training Shoes were available for $120 but quickly sold out. Hopefully Under Armour will restock them soon.
