When Victoria’s Secret unveiled their latest angel in February, we weren’t surprised one bit that the company selected brunette beauty Josephine Skriver. The 22-year-old Danish stunner certainly deserves it: with 1.5 million followers on Instagram, appearances in the last three Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows (and partying with her fellow models in St. Barths), and walking for Calvin Klein, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, and DKNY, it’s a mystery why the company didn’t snatch this gorgeous and talented model up sooner.

With the Victoria’s Secret Swim Special premiering on CBS on Wednesday at 9pm ET, we’re eager to see the newly minted angel spread her wings on the runway. Below, an ode to Victoria’s Secret’s latest angel.
