Modern Family cutie-turned-Instagram sensation Ariel Winter has faced plenty of petty criticism from trolls who criticize her jaw-dropping fashion choices. Now the 19-year-old beauty is defending herself once again for wearing revealing outfits in the summertime.

Winter tweeted out a “small rant” in which she blasted Internet meanies who she says snipe at her for wearing shorts and tank tops during the hottest season of the year.

“Pretty annoyed with the commentary that I’m ‘squeezing’ into them or the idea that it’s not okay for me to wear shorts,” she wrote. “It’s SUMMER. It’s hot, I’m obviously going to wear minimal clothes.”

She’s particularly annoyed by the notion that she’s “squeezing” into her shorts.

“I’m not a whore because I wear shorts and tank tops. I’m not squeezing into anything. My shorts fit me and everything I’m doing is fine. Please leave young women alone.”
