Move over, Ariel Winter. Step aside, Iskra Lawrence. With the release of her new fitness book Pretty Intense, Danica Patrick has come out swinging as a warrior in the ever-popular body positivity movement.
Patrick, in an Instagram caption, wrote that there is "no shame" in taking such photos and others should look to them "for motivation."
I kinda love when people do real vs produced shots. The difference between the two is lighting, pose, and clothes adjustments. We all want to look our best at all times, no shame in that. But don't let someone else's body put yours down.
Use it for motivation. Keep digging friends to be the best you! You own that! We all know when we are treating our bodies with the respect it deserves. It's the one and only thing we own for life.
The fact that the 35-year-old racing beauty affixed that screed to an insane Instagram shot of her abs definitely motivated us to hit the gym.
And don't even think about trolling her in the comment section. As Danica demonstrated when NASCAR fans booed her after a race, she will clap back!
Her forthcoming fitness manifesto, Pretty Intense: The 90-Day Mind, Body and Food Plan That Will Absolutely Change Your Life, hits shelves this December.
