After filling in for host Jimmy Kimmel on his late-night talk show, America discovered that Jennifer Lawrence should totally have her own talk show.
Her rapport with Adam Sandler, in a new “Actors on Actors” video interview with Variety, just further proves her charms.
In a clip from their wide-ranging 34-minute chat, J-Law, among other adorable anecdotes, tells Sandler about the time she out-smoked her Hunger Games co-star Woody Harrelson.
When Sandler said Dr. Dre once quoted the Bob Barker line from The Waterboy to him, J-Law jumped in with a far wackier celebrity story: “Oh my God! That’s like when Woody Harrelson told me to ‘Slow down Jen, this isn’t Jamaica.'”
“That’s when I was like…21 or 22. I was like, ‘Oh my God! I just out smoked Woody Harrelson,” she said. “It was such a big moment.”
Sandler was impressed and told Jennifer, “That’s very tough by the way. I’ve been around that kid.”
