In a pair of stunning new photos from fashion photographer Russell James, Victoria’s Secret Angels Lily Aldridge and Stella Maxwell ditch their wings and reveal their bad sides.

Hot 100 winner Maxwell and April 2015 cover girl Aldridge strip down to black lingerie, one (1) motorcycle jacket, and not much else.

The details behind the black-and-white photos remain unclear, but they could forecast something big. Aldridge teased the pics on her Instagram account, and James has done pretty incredible work with Victoria’s Secret in the past.

He even lit up Instagram with a similarly shadowy shot of angel Martha Hunt a few days ago.
