Marc Jacobs is pretty notorious for his fashion week fetes. The previous "Bad Boy of Fashion" has always been known to work hard and party harder, and this year's blow-out bash to start off the week of events did not disappoint.

As a celebration of Gloss, a coffee-table book about the late photographer Chris von Wagenheim, who shot Studio 54, the designer sent out the "strict dress to kill" dress code in April. The rules included "Fur coats over lingerie," "No flat shoes," "No matte surfaces" and "No natural looks" (although we have to say we find the natural look sexy).
