Most of you might not know this about me but cardio used to be my worst nightmare! I would start running or walking at an incline and my heart would be beating so fast I didn't know if I was going to make it hahah Well a month is now under wraps & I can feel my body getting stronger each and every day! #motivationmonday Just get moving even if it is for 10 mins today!
