If you’re going to drink red and pink cocktails this week, you’d better make ’em manly ones. 


The Rob Roy is similar to the Manhattan, except it’s got Scotch.

Rob Roy

Ingredients:

1 ¾ oz Great King Street Blended Scotch Whisky

¾ oz red vermouth (we prefer CarpanoAntica Formula)

1 dash of Angostura bitters

Directions:

Stir with ice, strain, and serve straight up in a coupe glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
